To create the best learning environment, we recommend the following setup:
Run an equipment test by logging into your Learning Center and navigating to I'm New → Equipment Test. Follow the instructions to ensure that all of your equipment is functioning properly.
Choose a quiet, distraction-free space for attending classes. This will enhance not only your focus but also the experience of your classmates.
Use headphones to improve audio clarity and reduce external noise.
Prepare your devices in advance by fully charging them before class. Avoid charging them during class to minimize background noise. Keep other electronic devices away to prevent interference.
For a more stable connection, opt for a wired internet connection over WiFi whenever possible.
Minimize background noise by sitting away from windows, fans, or air conditioning units that may be picked up by your microphone.
