For your 1-on-1 classes:

If you choose the teacher yourself, we will make every effort to arrange the teacher you specify. In case of a teacher's leave or other unexpected situations, you will be notified promptly.

In case of an unexpected situation, our AI-matching system will arrange another suitable teacher based on your profile preferences.

If you are setting a study plan:

If you set your study plan before the 20th of the month, you will be able to select a teacher for the current month. If you are setting your study plan after the 20th of the month, you can only select the teacher for the following month.

On the 20th of each month at 12:00 PM (GMT+8), the system opens the teacher selection for the next month.
