If you cannot attend a class, please make sure that you cancel it in advance to avoid losing class credits.
If you forgot to cancel a class, you will still be able to watch a recording of the session in your Learning Center.
You can find more details on class cancellations under the Class Cancellations section. In most cases, classes need to be canceled at least 4 hours in advance.
TutorABC will return session credits to students under specific circumstances:
1. Teacher No-Show: In the rare event of a teacher’s emergency leave, a backup teacher will conduct the lesson. If neither the booked nor backup teacher attends, session credits will be automatically returned to your account.
Please contact global_services@tutorabc.com if credits are not returned. Please provide your student reference code, class type, and time. We will assist you as soon as possible.
2. Incorrect learning materials: If specific materials were chosen for a 1-on-1 session but not provided correctly, please send us an email at global_services@tutorabc.com with your student reference code, the class type, and time. We will assist you as soon as possible.
3. TutorABC platform or system shutdown: In the unlikely event of a platform or system shutdown, all lost session credits during the shutdown period will be automatically returned to the students’ accounts.
