After class, you can ask questions related to the class contents. At the moment, this feature is only available for English classes.
To raise your questions, you can do the following:
From the web version:
Go to My Schedule in your Learning Center.
Click on Booked Sessions.
Go to the Review tab.
Select the lesson you want to choose. Your question should be related to the contents taught in that class.
Once you are in the details page of the session, click on I want to ask a question.
Fill in the fields and click on Submit to send your question.
Our teaching department will strive to provide an answer within 72 hours.
From the APP:
Go to the My Schedule tab (4th tab at the bottom).
Click on Review.
Select the lesson you want to choose. Your question should be related to the contents taught in that class.
Once you are in the details page of the session, click on Raise a Question.
Fill in the fields and click on Submit to send your question.
Our teaching department will strive to provide an answer within 72 hours
Please limit your questions to those related to the contents of the class.
We recommend submitting your questions in English so that our teachers can understand more easily.
