Understanding the New TOEIC® Exam Structure
The TOEIC® exam has two sections - Listening and Reading. These assess oral and written comprehension. Each section contains 100 questions, and you have 45 minutes for Listening and 75 minutes for Reading. It assesses the international communication skills needed for current or future international communication in the workplace and in daily life. In addition to these sections, there are also Speaking and Writing tests where you respond to real-world scenarios using workplace English. You can take these tests separately or together with the Listening and Reading test to measure all four communication skills.
