Tiffany Chang, a Taiwanese-American chef, won big on a famous English cooking show with several Taiwanese snacks, including pig’s blood cake.
In the competition, Chang made the pig’s blood cake and served it in the style of American hot dogs. At first, the judges were hesitant to try it, but after they tried the pig’s blood cake, they were blown away by the taste and amazed at Chang’s bold choice.
Her inspiration was her Taiwanese roots, as Chang told the judges, and she also attempted to merge Eastern and Western cultures, in which she grew up. She feels comfortable with both cultures to which she belongs. At the end, Chang was awarded with the Golden Apple, the biggest prize of the competition.

I am blown away by the show.
I was blown away by how good that movie was!
Her performance blew the audience away.
That concert really blew my mind.
