實用面試英語：為何離開上份工作？

上一篇我們講了自我介紹的幾個單字例句，但面試時會被問到的問題包羅萬象，本篇我們以「為何會想離開上份工作」為題，整理以下幾個實用例句，幫助你在面試時能流暢回答這個問題。

move on：前進 (phrasal verb)
I quit my job because my supervisor retired. I felt that after many years of working in the office it was time for a change, and this seem like the ideal time to move on.
我離職因為我的主管退休了，我覺得在辦公室工作了這麼多年後，該是改變的時候了，而這似乎是向前走的理想時機。

downsize：裁員 (v.)
The company was downsizing and I thought it made sense to seek another position before my position was made redundant.
公司在裁員，我想在我的職位被裁掉前先找一份工作是比較好的做法。

focus on：聚焦 (phrasal verb)
I resigned to focus on finding a job closer to home and hope to use my skills and experience in a different capacity.
我先辭職以便專心找離家近的工作，我希望能運用我的工作技能與經驗在不同的職務上。

passion：熱情 (n.)
I have been volunteering in this capacity and love it. I’m seeking to turn my passion into the next step of my career.
我熱愛這個職位並一直不斷地付出。我想將我的熱情轉移至我的下一份職務上。

team-oriented：以團隊為導向 (adj.)
After several years in my last position, I’m looking for a company where I can contribute and grow in a team-oriented environment.
我上一份工作做了很多年，我在找可以貢獻自己並且與團隊一起合作成長的公司。
