According to Greek (1)mythology, in Thessaly of central Greece, King Athamas and Queen Nephele had a son and daughter. The prince was named Phrixus, and the princess, Helle. Later on, the king (2)divorced the queen and married Ion, who already had a son of her own.

They flew across land and sea. However, while flying over the channel between Europe and Asia, Princess Helle fell off the back by accident and (14)plunged to her death in the sea. The channel was thereafter called Hellespont and later changed to Dardaelles.

As for the prince, he was taken safely to the kingdom of Colchis on the east coast of the Black Sea.

Aries refers to the golden-fleeced ram in mythology. Since the golden fleece was (19)invaluable, it was coveted by many.

白羊座指的就是神話中的這隻頭金毛羊。
